HIIT Reformer Pilates & Reformer Cardio Blast

8-week sessions September 12 - November 4

Are you ready for a some exciting new Reformer class options?

Try out our 45-minute HIIT Reformer Pilates class! The HIIT (High-intensity interval training) method involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. This class will definitely get your motor running!

  • Wednesdays at 6:30 am from September 14 – November 2, 45 minutes class time – 8 week session – 1x weekly: $199.00
  • Fridays at 6:30 am from September 16 – November 4, 45 minutes class time – 8 week session – 1x weekly: $199.00

Looking for a quick lunch-time workout? Try our 25-minute Reformer Cardio Blast class! This class is a cardio-focused Reformer Pilates class that will get your heart rate up and get your blood flowing!

  • Mondays at 12:30 pm from September 12 – October 31, 25 minutes class time – 7 week session – 1x weekly: $105 (skips Thanksgiving Monday, October 10)
  • Tuesdays at 12:30 pm from September 13 – November 1, 25 minutes class time – 8 week session – 1x weekly: $120
  • Wednesdays at 12:30 pm from September 14 – November 2, 25 minutes class time – 8 week session – 1x weekly: $120
  • Thursdays at 12:30 pm from September 15 – November 3, 25 minutes class time – 8 week session – 1x weekly: $120

Please note: Students require previous Reformer experience to participate in these classes. If you have not had experience on a Reformer before we recommend starting with one of our Intro to Reformer classes first.
