HIIT Reformer & Reformer Cardio Blast

Exciting changes for our HIIT Reformer and Reformer Cardio Blast classes!

We have some exciting news about our Reformer HIIT and Reformer Cardio Blast classes!
In the past these classes have been offered as 8-week pre-registered sessions, but effective September 4, 2024 these classes will become part of our regular Reformer Pilates drop-in schedule. This means that clients will be able to hold a permanent spot in these classes, just like the rest of our Reformer Progressions classes. In addition, clients can use any of our Reformer Pilates memberships or class passes to attend these classes as well.
The HIIT Reformer classes will remain at 45 minutes, but the Cardio Blast classes will increase from 25 minutes to 45 minutes. The cancellation policy will be the same as all of our other Reformer Progressions classes, which means you can cancel out of one of these classes with 12 hours or more advance notice and save that pass for another class.
We hope that this change will make our HIIT Reformer and Reformer Cardio Blast classes more accessible for students who haven’t had a chance to try them before, or who can’t always commit to an 8-week series. This new format provides more flexibility when your schedule changes or if you are away on vacation, etc. If you’ve never done one of these classes, here is what they are all about!
 
HIIT Reformer: A high intensity interval training class utilizing the reformer and other apparatus. Students cycle quickly through various stations throughout the class, including the reformer, cadillac, tower, stability chair, mat, ladder barrel and more!
Class times: Mondays @ 6:30am and Wednesdays @ 6:30am
HIIT Reformer 2.0: This is the next level of our high intensity interval training class utilizing the reformer and other apparatus. Expect increased intensity and more challenging exercises.

Previous experience in a HIIT Reformer class is highly recommended before participating in HIIT Reformer 2.0.
Class times: Fridays @ 6:30am
Reformer Cardio Blast: A sweaty reformer class with a focus on cardio work and increased heart rate. Expect plenty of dynamic movements with lots of use of the jump board, toning balls, and lots more!
Class times: Mondays @ 9:30am and Saturdays @ 8:30am

Please note: Students require previous Reformer experience to participate in these classes. If you have not had experience on a Reformer before we recommend starting with one of our Intro to Reformer classes first.
