Beginner Mat Pilates

8 week session July 19 - September 6

Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

This class is offered on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm from July 19 – September 6.
