Fundamental/Beginner Mat Pilates – Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

This class is offered on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm from March 6 – April 24.

Pilates “On the Ball” – Pilates on the Ball is a ton of fun! Utilizing large exercise balls and mat Pilates exercises, this class is a full-body workout focused on balance, flexibility throughout the body and mobility of the joints. This exciting class will work your core and lots more!

This class is offered on Tuesday evenings at 8:00pm from March 7 – April 25.
