Beginner/Fundamental Mat Pilates – Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility. Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

Mat Pilates Progressions – Picking up where the beginner series finishes off, students will continue to progress in their knowledge and understanding of the Mat Pilates exercise repertoire.
This class is offered on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm from September 13 – November 1.
