Are you new to yoga? This is the perfect class for you! Each week we’ll progressively build your knowledge base and you’ll learn proper form, alignment and modifications. After this course, you’ll be ready to comfortably and safely join our Hatha yoga classes on our Drop-In Schedule. Don’t worry about how flexible, strong or fit you are – come as you are!
Classes offered Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 12:00pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm beginning January 9

Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step)
If you have already completed our Yoga for Beginners series we are excited to offer Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step), which picks up right where students leave off at the end of their last beginners session. If you already have a little bit of yoga knowledge or experience but would like to grow in your practice, this is the perfect class for you!
Our next 8 week Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step) session begins Tuesday, January 9th at 7:00pm.
Cost: 1x/week for $170 + HST
