It’s getting hot in here! Heat your Pilates practice up in this Inferno Mat Pilates class. Various Pilates exercises are included in a heated room with a temperature of approximately 95 degrees. This is a challenging full body, low impact workout. Bring your mat, towel and water bottle and be ready to sweat!
