Yoga helps tweens and teens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment, all while promoting physical activity, mindfulness, and coordination. Note: if your child is outside of the age range posted for this class, some exceptions may be permitted depending on the maturity level of the child.
Yoga for Tweens & Teens – Ages 11-14: classes offered Wednesdays at 4:30pm
We welcome new students to join this class even after it has already started. The 8-week fee will be pro-rated for however many classes are left in the series.
