How Can I Book an Appointment?

Booking an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists is easy! You have three simple options to do so:

  1. Call the studio at 905-682-4469
  2. Email us at yoga@lostnfoundyoga.com
  3. Book online with “Jane”, our online booking service using the button below

The easiest way to book appointments at Lost ‘n Found Yoga is to use “Jane”, our online booking and scheduling service. You can click the “Book an Appointment” online 24/7 using the link below:

If you have not had a Physiotherapy appointment at Lost ‘n Found Yoga before you can create a profile and book an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists. Be sure to choose the “Physiotherapy Assessment” service with one of the following Physiotherapists:

  • Leigh de Groot
  • Karen Tausendfreund

If you are a current client you can book a Physiotherapy Treatment with the Physiotherapist that did your initial assessment, or you can book a Physio Pilates session with a Physiotherapy Assistant.

Can I book regular weekly appointments?

Yes! If the treatment plan you receive from the Physiotherapist recommends weekly Physiotherapy Reformer Pilates sessions, we do our best to book you with the same PTA on the same day and at the same time each week. If multiple sessions are recommended each week, we will try and find you multiple regular time slots.

These appointments are usually scheduled for several weeks in advance in accordance with your treatment plan. Unfortunately you are not able to book them online yourself so far in advance, but our Studio Administrator Amanda Lihou will be happy to arrange them for you. You can email Amanda at amanda@lostnfoundyoga.com.

Sometimes it is not always possible to find an ongoing open timeslot that works with your schedule. If this is the case, we can help you can book your sessions whenever there are timeslots open, even if they aren’t the same every week. This can be very helpful for patients with unpredictable schedules from week to week too!
