Baby & Mom Yoga

Classes offered Tuesdays at 11:15am

Join us for this safe, fun and effective fitness class, with your little one in tow! We cover it all in this 70 minute class to improve cardiovascular fitness, core and muscular strength, while socializing with other Mamas. This class is designed for every fitness level. Please note to participate in this class babies need to be able to hold up their heads and minimally mobile.

8 week session – 1x weekly: $170 +HST
