Victoria Byskov
Yoga Teacher
Victoria first found yoga because she was looking for a workout she could actually stick with. What she didn't expect was how much it would change the way she connected with herself.
The energy of the teachers and the sense of community were what first kept her coming back. Over time, yoga became so much more than movement. It became a place where she could slow down, laugh, challenge herself, reconnect with herself, and feel supported.
She believes every practice looks a little different. Some days it's about building strength, some days it's about slowing down, and some days it's simply about showing up. That's one of the things Victoria loves most about yoga—it meets you where you are.
As a teacher, Victoria aims to create classes that are welcoming, supportive, and lighthearted. She loves bringing a little laughter into the room, encouraging students to listen to their bodies, and offering hands-on assists (always with consent) to help students feel more connected and confident in their practice.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, her hope is that you leave class feeling just a little more connected to yourself than when you walked in.
