What do you get?

5 Classes

Each class is on the same day and time each week, with the same group of students over the 5 week period. Once you have finished at least 3 of the 5 classes you are able to graduate into our Reformer Progressions classes.

Learn the essentials

Throughout your sessions you will learn the essential reformer pilates exercises as well as be introduced to props that are used in many reformer classes.

Personalized feedback + instruction

The instructor will help you find your own correct postural alignment and teach you how to move in a way to maximize the benefits of the reformer in a fun and engaging sequence.

Small group classes

A small class size of 6 gives the instructor the opportunity to help each client in setting up their reformer and giving them the attention needed to succeed in the course.

BONUS: Refer a friend to join Lost ‘n Found Yoga and you’ll both recieve a $10 credit on your account!

 FAQs

  • You should wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, such as shorts or leggings. No shoes are required, as students practice in bare feet or "grippy" socks, which are available to purchase at the studio. Don't forget your water bottle too!

  • We are located in the Grantham Plaza at 400 Scott. St., St. Catharines, in the rear section of the plaza between Home Hardware and the Water Source. It can sometimes be a bit tricky for newcomers to find us, so leave a little extra time for your first visit.

Pro tip: for most GPS systems, 400 Scott Street puts you in front of Sobeys at the other end of the plaza. Try using 370 Scott Street instead. On Google Maps and Waze it should put you right in front of our door, and on Apple Maps it at least gets you much closer to our end of the plaza!

  • Each Intro to Reformer Pilates session includes one class each week for 5 weeks.

  • Yes! All 5 of your classes will run on the same day of the week and at the same time each week as the first class in the session you sign up for.

  • Reformer Progressions is the next step in your Reformer Pilates journey. In these classes you will build on some of the basic movements and breathing techniques you learned in Intro to Reformer.

Reformer Progressions is similar to Intro to Reformer in that you choose the date and time that works best for you. However, there is no beginning or end to a session, classes are ongoing and you can “own” a spot in a class for as long as you would like!

It’s also more flexible - if you can’t make it to your class, just let us know at least 12 hours in advance and you can use that pass towards another class within 2 months of your billing date. You also have the option of attending on a drop-in basis, in which you can book yourself into classes up to 7 days in advance, as space allows.

  • Our Intro to Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to teach you the basics of the Pilates reformer equipment and exercises so you can safely and confidently join one of our ongoing Reformer Progressions classes. Therefore, you are required to complete at least 3 of your 5 classes before joining a Reformer Progressions class.
