8-week Session January 7th - February 27th

Pregnancy is a special time that brings with it much change both physically and emotionally. This class creates opportunities to prepare your body for childbirth and the postpartum journey. Expectant mamas will learn breath practices to support pregnancy and childbirth as well as yoga postures to help find relief from common pregnancy discomforts.

This class holds space for a sweet community of others on the pregnancy journey where you can discuss concerns and ask questions and ultimately find community as you embark on the journey of parenting.

Classes offered on Tuesdays at 5:30pm (Prenatal Restorative) and Thursdays (Prenatal) at 7:00pm

1x/week: $170 + HST
