Yoga for Beginners

8 week sessions January 7th - February 27th

The perfect class if you are new to yoga! Each week we progressively build your knowledge base where you will learn good alignment and modifications for many yoga postures. After this course you’ll be ready to join our Hatha Yoga Classes on our Drop-in Schedule or if you don’t feel quite ready you can move into Yoga For Beginners (The Next Step). Don’t worry about how flexible, strong or fit you are - come as you are!

Classes offered Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 12:00pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm beginning January 7th, 2024

1x weekly: $170 +HST


Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step)

If you have already completed our Yoga for Beginners series and aren’t quite ready to join a class on our Drop-In schedule, you can join Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step), which picks up right where Yoga For Beginner’s left off. Or if you already have a little bit of yoga experience but want to get back to basics, this is a great class for you!

Our next 8 week Yoga for Beginners (The Next Step) session begins Tuesday, January 7th at 6:45pm.

Cost: 1x/week for $170 + HST
