8 week sessions January 6th - February 26th
The perfect class if you are new to yoga! Each week we progressively build your knowledge base where you will learn good alignment and modifications for many yoga postures. After this course you’ll be ready to join our Hatha Yoga Classes on our Drop-in Schedule. Don’t worry about how flexible, strong or fit you are - come as you are!
Classes offered Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 12:00pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm beginning January 6th, 2026
