Baby and Mom Yoga is something special. Unlike a typical yoga or fitness class, this class is designed for you and your baby’s postpartum needs. A laid-back approach holds space for fussy babies that need to eat or snuggle. You’ll be offered a fusion of strength work and flexibility training all within a fun and supportive environment where you can bond with your baby and connect with other new moms on the same journey. This class accommodates all levels of yoga and fitness experience.
8 week session – 1x weekly: $170 +HST
