Fundamental/Beginner Mat Pilates – Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

7 week session – 1x weekly: $148.75 (Mondays at 6:00pm)

8 week session - 1x weekly: $170 (Thursdays at 8:30am)
