  • MAT LEVEL 1

Suitable for beginners and those looking to refine their technique, this class emphasizes proper alignment, controlled movements, and breathing techniques.  This class is ideal for those new to Pilates or anyone seeking to solidify their understanding of the basic principles.   • MAT LEVEL 2

    Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this intermediate class designed to deepen your understanding and application of Pilates principles. Building upon the fundamentals from Level 1, this class focuses on more complex exercises and variations that challenge your core strength, enhance flexibility, and improve overall body control.  This class is designed for individuals who have a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals and are ready to take on more challenging exercises. Expect a dynamic and invigorating session that pushes your limits while enhancing your overall Pilates practice.

    Push your Pilates practice to its peak with this advanced class designed for seasoned practitioners ready to tackle the most challenging exercises and techniques. This class is the pinnacle of Mat Pilates, focusing on advanced movements that demand exceptional core strength, flexibility, and precision.  It is designed for those who have a strong foundation in Pilates and are ready for a rigorous and rewarding challenge. Expect an intense workout that will push your limits, enhance your Pilates practice, and elevate your physical fitness.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! If you love Pilates but don't care as much about yoga, you can swap your membership and switch it to a mat Pilates instead, even before it has expired.

  • No! Our 5x/month drop-in memberships and our 10-class passes are good for both our yoga and mat Pilates drop-in schedules.

  • As long as you have a current unlimited yoga drop-in membership before October 1, 2024 you can continue attending the mat Pilates classes that were on the yoga drop-in schedule for a full year. After October 1, 2025 you will need a mat Pilates membership or a class pass package for these classes.

  • Your best option is to change your membership to 4x/month with a 12-month commitment. This will lower your Reformer Pilates membership price by $10/month, and you will be eligible for 50% off the $99 Unlimited Mat Pilates membership with a 12-month commitment. This means you could continue doing one Reformer Pilates each week plus UNLIMITED mat Pilates classes for just $39.50 more than what you are paying now!
