Yin Yoga Teacher Training
November 2026 | OPEN for Registration!
Find balance in a world that rarely slows down.
Yin Yoga Teacher Training
In the rush of daily life, Yin Yoga offers a space to pause; to listen inward and reconnect with what steadiness feels like.
You are invited into a rich exploration of both the physical and energetic dimensions of Yin Yoga. Uncover the essence of Yin - its quiet strength, its balance with Yang - and learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian theory illuminate the body’s subtle pathways. Deepen your understanding of fascia and myofascial meridians, connecting anatomy with energy flow.
Through experiential study of Yin postures, you’ll refine your awareness of alignment, breath, and the meditative stillness that defines the practice. Alongside the physical work, you’ll trace Yin Yoga’s history and philosophy, discovering how it differs from restorative approaches and why its benefits reach far beyond flexibility.
Ultimately, this program cultivates both knowledge and presence. Whether or not you are a yoga teacher, nurture your own practice and learn how to guide others through Yin with insight, compassion, and a grounded sense of balance.
Meet Your Facilitator
Sara Mitchell
In 2013, a simple invitation to try a class began Sara’s yoga journey. What began as a physical challenge soon became a path of deeper connection and healing. After completing her initial teacher training in 2019, Sara continued to grow as a teacher, practitioner and lifelong learner.
In 2021, following her advanced teacher training, she began to explore the subtler, more introspective styles of Restorative and Yin Yoga, and has been teaching them ever since. These practices deepened her understanding of how stillness, breath, and mindful awareness can support the nervous system and create space for meaningful personal insight.
Sara offers a grounded, compassionate approach that encourages curiosity and reflection. She supports participants in expanding their understanding of their entire being, refining their ability to hold space, listen inward, and integrate the art of slowing down into their own practice and professional path.
