Rachel Golob

Pilates Teacher

Rachel grew up playing competitive sports, with basketball as her main focus. She discovered Pilates in high school while doing physiotherapy for severe scoliosis, and it quickly became a lifelong passion. Since completing her Mat Pilates certification in 2020, she has taught at studios across the Niagara region.

With a deep understanding of movement and mobility, Rachel brings a compassionate and encouraging approach to every class. Her sessions range from gentle mat to heated and strength-focused, always upbeat, challenging, and set to a great playlist.

Outside the studio, Rachel loves exploring local trails with her dog, Gypsy, enjoying Niagara’s events and wineries, and travelling whenever she can. Known for her fun, high-energy style and dedication to helping others move with confidence, she’s proud to be part of the Lost ’n Found Yoga community.
