Megan Arndt

Yoga Teacher

After spending over a decade building a career in operational business, strategy and transformation, Megan found herself drawn toward a different kind of work... one rooted in presence, movement, and human connection.

Originally a dedicated runner, yoga became an important practice during a season that challenged her to slow down and truly listen to her body. What began as a way to reconnect with herself grew into a deeper passion of the connection between mind, body, and self. Along the way, she discovered that movement could be both grounding and playful. A space to build strength, spark creativity, and reconnect with the joy that's often buried beneath the busyness of everyday life.

With a Master's in Education and a love of lifelong learning, Megan creates classes that are welcoming, thoughtful, and approachable. She encourages students to move with curiosity rather than perfection, trusting that slowing down and tuning in can reveal exactly what we need. Her hope is that students leave class feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more like themselves.

Off the mat, Megan loves to find new ways to have fun and create. Whether she's painting, writing, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with family, friends, and her community, she's happiest when she's connecting with people and ideas that inspire her. She feels grateful to share a practice that continues to shape her life in unexpected ways
