Discover the enchanting world of yoga with Soar with Sarah’s unique kid’s program! 

Designed to introduce children ages 4-8 to yoga in a fun and creative way, this program focuses on movement, mindfulness, and self-regulation tools. Led by Sarah, children will embark on a magical journey of yoga storytelling,  mindful crafts,  games  and empowering activities. 

Join us for a transformative yoga journey that helps children discover inner calm, mindfulness, and self-regulation skills to carry with them every day!

Parents can join an adult yoga class running concurrently if interested!

Join Young Yogi & You, a vibrant youth yoga program where tweens and adults come together to learn about the world of yoga!  

Led by Soar with Sarah Yoga, this program offers authentic yoga flows, poses, and meditation practices designed for both parents and youth to enjoy side by side. Discover the basics of yoga in a supportive environment that encourages bonding, regulation, and boosts confidence through mindful movement and relaxation techniques. Tailored for young athletes to learn proper stretching techniques and families to flow together. Classes are often set to T. Swift soundtrack and candlelit  

Join us for an empowering journey that promotes wellness, strengthens family connections, and nurtures a lifelong love for yoga!

Meet Sarah

Sarah Bigger is a certified kid and power yoga instructor,  specializing in teaching self regulation tools and mindfulness activities. She began practicing yoga in 2016 and later became obsessed with the practice in 2019 when she became a Power Yoga Instructor. Sarah has combined her 20 years of teaching kindergarten in the public education system, serving and helping a wide variety of family needs, along with her passion for yoga and mental health to create kid and youth programs aimed to boost children’s confidence, flexibility, and awareness of their body and emotions. Sarah is on a mission to empower as many families as possible to manage daily stress and chaos, so they can SOAR!
