Taryn found the Lost 'n Found studio during Summer 2023 when she signed up for the beginner/fundamental Mat Pilates 8-week session. Taryn had just graduated from University and was feeling stagnant in her daily routine and looking to develop a stronger sense of community in St. Catharines.

After her first few weeks of classes she eagerly applied to join the front desk team and the rest was history! She is now a vibrant part of welcoming clients to our studio.

Outside of her love for Yoga & Pilates, Taryn is very passionate about education. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 2023 at Brock University and begins Teacher's College in January to become a high school science teacher.

When Taryn is not in school or working, there are many places you may find her.  She enjoys running with the Corners Crew, reading a cheesy romance novel, catching a hot vinyasa classe or spending time outside - hiking, taking pictures, skiing, on a patio- you name it & she probably loves it! 

Taryn hopes to complete her 200-YTT program here at Lost ‘n Found in the upcoming years to strengthen her understanding of her personal practice and  share her love for yoga with others- especially her future students!
