Sara Mitchell
Yoga Teacher
Sara has been practicing yoga since she was inspired to attend her first class in 2013. The yoga mat was a place to be challenged and a way to connect with herself and with God. Her journey eventually led her to completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 at Lost ‘n Found Yoga, as well as a further 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training in 2021 from YogaSpace in Toronto.
Sara is a lifelong learner whose learning and development path also includes Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Hands on Assists & Adjustments. Her journey of learning is sure to carry on indefinitely through other formal and informal study opportunities.
Sara’s classes, which include a variety of styles like Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga, are known for being calm and creative. Participants are encouraged to explore a guided personal practice, adapted to each student's own needs and ability, in an environment of accessibility and acceptance.
