Prenatal Yoga

Yoga during pregnancy will help you learn ways to move well while your body is changing as well as assist in preparing your body for childbirth. This positive and supportive environment is a great way to meet other pregnant women and to discuss common issues that come up during pregnancy.

This class is suitable for both those new and experienced to yoga, and is taught by experienced yoga instructors who are moms!

Prenatal Yoga runs Mondays at 5:3

Baby and Mom Yoga

This class will provide a fun and supportive environment to learn yoga, recover from childbirth and create a special bond with your little one. This class will be a fusion of yoga and strength work and is suitable for both those new and experienced to yoga!

Toddler Mama Fit

Join us for this safe, fun and effective fitness class, with your little one in tow! We cover it all in this 70 minute class to improve cardiovascular fitness, core and muscular strength, while socializing with other Mamas. This class is designed for every fitness level.

Child Birth Prep Workshop

Being pregnant is such a special and also challenging experience, it’s normal to have lots of questions, and to be excited and a little nervous about the process and impending life changes. Whether this is your first baby, you need a refresher, or want a different experience this time, this comprehensive class will go over the basics of birth, explore methods to support a natural delivery, with hands on practice for you and your partner or other support person. The class will also explain medical pain relief options and other common birth interventions, so you can be better prepared, know what questions to ask of your health care providers and better advocate for your choices.
Whether your pregnancy care is being provided by your Family Doctor, an Obstetrician or Midwife, this workshop will help prepare you and your partner for either home or hospital birth, your recovery, and the care of your precious new little one! Baby care topics include skin-to-skin, breastfeeding, safe sleeping, bonding and development
