A recent graduate of the Lost ‘n Found 200hr YTT program, Mandy initially entered the yoga world skeptically, believing she was “so not a yoga person”. However after reading about its numerous physical and mental benefits in books such as The Body Keeps The Score and The Wisdom Of Your Body, she tentatively stepped onto a mat. Three years and a bunch of thrills and tears later, Mandy continues to keep finding her way back home to herself one downward dog at a time.
In Mandy’s classes prepare to have fun like a kid at play, to feel held like a heart that’s healing, to find strength you didn’t know you had, and to learn alongside of her what makes this ancient practice so subversively powerful in the midst of the stress and chaos of everyday life.
