Yoga Teacher + Pilates Instructor
Lindsay discovered her appreciation for yoga when looking for a complement to her strength training. It quickly became a foundation of her wellness routine. Working in the mental health field she was drawn to Lost ’n Found Yoga where she found a community that values both mental and physical wellness.
Lindsay’s teaching philosophy is to empower students to find optimal health for their mind and body. Whether guiding a yoga or Pilates class, the goal is to bring strength, balance and resiliency to the whole self. Believing yoga and Pilates are for all she teaches a class that gives students a chance to fall in love with their practice.
Loving all styles of yoga, Lindsay continues to expand her repertoire achieving her 500hr yoga certifications at Lost ’n Found (200hr YTT (2019) and 300hr YTT(2024). She holds certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal yoga, Adaptability Yoga, Elemental Vinyasa and Hands on assists and adjustments.
Exploring Pilates began as a way to enhance her knowledge of anatomy. She quickly fell in love how Pilates was intuitive and in sync with her style of movement and complemented her yoga practice. In 2021 she completed her 475hr Comprehensive Pilates Certification.
