Lacey was originally drawn to the practice of Yoga as a means to process grief. Yoga quickly became a lifestyle, helping her heal, reconnect with herself, and feel more present in her life. Today, she is honoured to share these transformative practices with others.

Lacey knows first-hand the benefits of Yoga and she leads with the belief that Yoga should be welcoming and accessible to every body. Her students are encouraged to leave their preconceived notions of what yoga “should” look like at the door so they may explore their own potential while having fun. You can expect to leave feeling uplifted and empowered.

Lacey is a lifelong learner who became a 200-hour certified teacher in 2017. She has gone on to take additional training in creative cueing, hands on assists and adjustments, yoga philosophy, meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
