Danielle started her yoga journey over 20 years ago, finding joyful moments on the mat alongside her mother.
In 2022, after years of intermittent practice, Danielle decided to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Lost ‘n Found Yoga, a pivotal moment which ultimately ignited a passion to guide others along their own paths to wellness.
Danielle infuses her Hatha classes with warmth, compassion, and fun. With a gentle yet empowering approach, she encourages students to explore shapes as they listen to the wisdom of their own body.
Danielle aspires to support her students in finding balance both on and off the mat. She hopes to help others feel stronger, grounded, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
When Danielle isn't practicing yoga, you can find her embracing life’s simple joys - spending time with her family, walking her dogs, tending to her plants, or with her nose in a book! She believes in living authentically, embracing growth and change, cultivating gratitude, and finding silver linings.
