Passionate about the world of yoga, Cindy is grateful for her students and they opportunity the give her to share the practice with them.
Cindy completed her teacher training with Modo Yoga in Nicaragua in 2015. Since then she has continued to learn and practice avidly. Her trainings include Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Modo FIT. For Cindy, these practices are the roots of learning to be her best self both physically and mentally. However, she values the collective practice with others that provides a foundation for growth.
She looks forward to having her students join her in sharing this mindful movement practice where they can all grow together and help make the world a better place.
